RotaGrid is designed to calculate and display a rotating work schedule without accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, subscriptions, or a cloud service.
Information the app uses
RotaGrid uses the rotation, anchor date, shift times, and individual date overrides that you enter. This information is stored only on your device using Apple’s local UserDefaults storage.
Information we collect or share
We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information or schedule data from RotaGrid. The app has no server, account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or third-party tracking SDK.
Retention and deletion
Your schedule remains on your device until you use Start Over in RotaGrid settings, delete the app, or erase the device. Because we do not receive your schedule or personal data, there is no server-side copy for us to access or delete.
Children’s privacy
RotaGrid is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
Changes to this policy
If RotaGrid changes how it handles information, this page will be updated before the changed practice is released.
