Plan a repeating shift rotation from one known date

RotaGrid is designed to turn a repeating Day, Night, and Off pattern into an iPhone calendar. The public site currently provides product information and support without an App Store download link. Confirm availability before planning to install it.

Map a repeating Day, Night, and Off cycle

Write down one full repeat of your work pattern, in order. For example, two Days, two Nights, and four Off days form an eight-day cycle. Enter the pattern and anchor it to a date you know. Check several upcoming dates against your employer's roster before relying on the calendar.

Check a date several months ahead

Once the rotation and anchor are correct, move forward to the month you need. Use the repeating pattern to see the expected shift. Confirm leave, overtime, and roster changes with the authoritative schedule; a repeating calendar cannot know about changes that have not been entered.

Handle a one-off change

Change the relevant day for an exception without replacing the whole repeating pattern. Recheck the days around it so the following rotation still matches your roster. Keep an employer-issued schedule available when confirming work commitments.
